Working under the guidance of the Director of Maintenance, you'll troubleshoot, inspect, and repair aircraft systems in accordance with FAA regulations and company standards. The ideal candidate ensures fleet reliability, minimize AOG delays, and support 24/7 coverage.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform troubleshooting, inspections, repairs, and modifications to aircraft systems, including airframe, powerplant, electrical, and avionics.Diagnose mechanical discrepancies and determine appropriate corrective actions in accordance with approved data.Coordinate with maintenance control and operations to minimize aircraft downtime and support efficient scheduling.Ensure all maintenance actions comply with FAA regulations, manufacturer specifications, and company procedures.Support both in-hangar maintenance operations and mobile AOG response to maintain operational continuity.Maintain tools, equipment, and work environment in accordance with safety and compliance standards.Maintain accurate, complete maintenance records and ensure accountability for assigned aircraft.QualificationsValid FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certificate (required).Legally authorization to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship).Minimum 2 years of aircraft maintenance experience, preferably with supervisory exposure.Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, internet navigation).Familiarity with Citation X aircraft (preferred).Key CompetenciesExceptional attention to detail, with a safety-first approach, and commitment to quality and accuracy.Clear communication and coordination with maintenance, operations, and leadership teams.Solid time management, reliability, and documentation skills.Ability to work under pressure while maintaining safety standards and schedule integrity.Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills applied to aircraft systems.Job TypeOnsiteCompensation And BenefitsFully paid health, dental and vision insurance for the employeePaid Time Off (PTO)401k Plan w/MatchingJet Excellence, LLC is an equal opportunity employer that provides equal employment opportunities (EEO).
