Family Health Care is seeking an advanced practice provider at our clinic in Baldwin, Michigan. Baldwin is a quiet, rural town located in the northwestern part of Michigan's lower peninsula. It is the county seat of Lake County and is the hub for outdoor enthusiasts who flock to this natural paradise for boating, hiking, cycling, fishing, hunting and off‑road vehicle recreation. The Pere Marquette River, one of the finest trout rivers in the Midwest, draws fishermen from all over the world due to its trophy salmon and steelhead. Baldwin is located just 40 minutes from the sandy beaches and dunes of Lake Michigan in the popular beachfront community of Ludington and is about 90 minutes from Grand Rapids. About Family Health Care Family Health Care is a Federally Qualified Health Center located in West Central Michigan. Founded in 1967 as one of the first community health centers in the nation, we provide medical, dental, laboratory, radiology, behavioral health care, vision, and retail pharmacy services at six main offices located in Baldwin, Big Rapids, Cadillac, Grant, McBain and White Cloud. Must be willing to treat newborns and pediatric patients.
