SummaryThe individual in this position reports to the I.T. Technical Support Supervisor, and is responsible for company-wide IT support; computers, printers, systems, software applications, general network support, and special projects. This is an entry-level IT support position.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesMonitor, review and respond to Level I Technical SupportUpdate and maintain computer systemsSupport policies and procedures related to network hardware and softwareComputer imaging and decommissioningAccurately track computer security camerasTroubleshooting VoIP phone systemPrinter maintenance and trouble shootingWorking with vendor software supportNetwork cabling installation and terminationNew Hire IT Orientation and trainingEscalate higher level IT tickets to appropriate personnelIndividual projects and research assigned by managementAfter hour support coverageAdditional duties as assignedQualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Effectively communicate with employees and exhibit good customer services skills.Computer SkillsAbility to use Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook and Power Point and be proficient in these applications.
