Required Skills:

• Valid RN license in your practicing state
• Minimum of 2 years of current nursing experience, with a focus on cardiac or critical care preferred
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Excellent judgment and interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively delegate and lead in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have Skills:

• Certification in a critical care or cardiology specialty
• Experience with catheterization procedures or working in a cardiac lab setting

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's or Associate degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
• Proven track record in high-acuity or cardiovascular nursing environments

Other Requirements:

• Ability to work the Day Shift, 10-hour shifts, starting June 8, 2026
• Physical ability to perform heavy work demands, including lifting and moving objects as required
• Adherence to all relevant federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and safety standards
• Willingness to engage in continuous learning to stay current with industry standards and healthcare regulations
