Prevention Manager

The Prevention Services Program Manager provides leadership and oversight for the program, ensuring high-quality services are delivered. This role supervises andcoachesstafftoprovide supportive services, parenting education, advocacy, and resource connectiontopromote child well-being and prevent children from entering formal foster care whenever safely possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degreerequired(Masters Degreepreferred) in social work, psychology, public administration, or a related human services fieldand two(2+) years of experience working in non-profit social service agencies with management experience(2+ years preferred).
• Collaborate effectively within diverse, multidisciplinaryteams ;adjust communicationand work style toeffectively engagediverse cultures,clients, colleagues, and external partners.
• Strong verbal communication skills anddemonstratedability to write clearly and effectively with a proventrack recordin setting priorities and proposing new ways of creating efficiencies.
• Travel required within Kansas, Missouri and/or nationally with or without accommodation.
