Position: Irrigation Install Crew Leader Location: Hastings, MN Job Id: 2837 # of Openings: 1 We are seeking a skilled and experienced Irrigation Install Crew Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in irrigation systems installation, a proven track record of leadership, detailed and goal oriented and a commitment to delivering exceptional results to our clients. Bilingual candidate highly preferred. Train and mentor crew members on proper installation techniques and safety procedures. Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used. General working knowledge of system components and function to successfully troubleshoot issues. Ability to accurately read blueprints and as-builts. General repair/handyman attributes and work experience. Experience driving a truck with a trailer. Minimum of 3 years of experience in irrigation system installation. Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team. Capacity to produce quality irrigation systems, efficiently. Strong technical knowledge of irrigation systems and equipment. Must be able to acquire a Chauffeurs license, MDOT card and a clean driving record. Possess a Smartphone and use it to track time and material, as well as navigate to properties. Ability to bend, squat, dig with a shovel, and lift for extended periods. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. DJ's Landscape Management is a drug‑free workplace.
