Quantitative Researcher

Building a new quantitative research team, the full-time remote Quantitative Researcher will focus on developing pricing, market-making, and risk models for prediction markets while collaborating closely with traders across various event markets. Key responsibilities: Build data foundations and transform raw data into pricing inputs Research and develop quantitative models across sports, non-sports, and combinatorial markets Create tools for monitoring model performance and help define team standards and workflows Required qualifications: Strong quantitative background in statistics, math, ML, economics, or a related field Experience in modeling within trading, sports, betting, or prediction markets Proficient in Python and data management, with experience in data pipelines Ability to transition from raw data to production-ready insights quickly High ownership and comfort in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
