Responsibilities Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and fellow managers during a shift to maintain high quality, service, and cleanliness. Tasks include planning shifts, monitoring performance, taking action to meet McDonald’s standards, monitoring safety, security and profitability, and communicating with the next Shift Manager to help prepare them for a great shift.
