Make a meaningful difference as a travel Occupational Therapist in Cleveland, OH. We seek a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help residents with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve daily living skills in a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) setting. This assignment offers the opportunity to practice person-centered care while working with an older adult population in a residential, long-term care environment.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active Ohio Occupational Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working with geriatric adults or in a long-term care, skilled nursing, or continuing care retirement community preferred.
• Experience with ADL/IADL assessments, restorative nursing programs, and durable medical equipment recommended.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous travel or contract therapy experience preferred.
• Experience with documentation systems common to post-acute and long-term care settings preferred.
• Certification or training in fall prevention, dementia care, or caregiver training preferred.
