What We're Looking For:
We are looking for an enthusiastic self-starter with a strong work ethic to assist with our marketing needs. This full-time role with the opportunity to complete work remotely but must be able to attend in person meetings at our Plainville, MA headquarters as needed. Tasks include, but are not limited to, social media management, content creation, campaign execution, and more!

What you’ll do:

• Strategize, Write and Schedule posts for Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram to drive engagement and brand awareness
• Write content and design for print marketing, email marketing campaigns, and other marketing initiatives as needed
• Capturing social media content including stills, video and interviews with employees / customers
• Managing content calendar for the company across all social platforms
• Assist in upcoming expo and conference preparation such as ordering company branded merchandise
• Organizing and maintaining company marketing digital content folders
• Ensure all marketing efforts align with brand guide and strategy
• Monitor engagement analytics and adjust messaging to strengthen reach and resonance.
• Explore and adopt new digital/social channels for our business, as appropriate and necessary
• Other duties as assigned

You’ll be a great fit if you have:

• Have or are working toward your Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as: Marketing or Communications
• Possesses strong organization, critical thinking and communication skills
• Social media expertise of platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
• Obsessive attention to detail
• Experience with editing photos and videos
• Proficient with Google Suite
• Must be advanced in Canva, Adobe Illustrator, or similar
• Self-directed, with excellent time management

Hours and Schedule:

• In-office hours required 8:30AM - 5:00PM Monday - Friday in Plainville, MA office location
• Flexibility required to obtain content of job sites, or special events
• Travel required 15% of time

Pay Range:

• $22.00 - $28.00 hourly depending on experience
