Neonatal Nurse Practitioner

Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) – Pediatrix Neonatology of Houston, an affiliate of Pediatrix Medical Group, is seeking an outstanding NNP to join our practice at HCA Healthcare Tomball, located in Tomball, TX. Responsibilities Provide clinical care to NICU and well-newborn patients in a Level II NICU with an average daily census of 3 NICU and 6-8 newborn patients. Support 24/7 NNP coverage and collaborate with on-call neonatologists. Participate in a multidisciplinary team approach to manage clinical care. Engage in leadership, policy development, mentoring, education, and quality improvement initiatives. Be available to pick up shifts in Level III-IV NICUs within the practice, if desired. Qualifications Current APRN national specialty certification. Minimum of a master’s degree. Experienced NNPs or exceptional new graduates with significant NICU experience.
