Senior Technical Program Manager, Core ML

Guide programs through the Core ML Product Life-cycle (Concept, Planning, Development, Pilot, and GA).Partner closely with Engineering Leads, Product Managers, and cross-Product Area (PA) customers (e.g., Cloud, Search, Ads, YouTube) to align roadmaps, capture dependencies, and unblock execution bottlenecks.Apply technical understanding to evaluate architectural trade-offs, drive design discussions, and manage complex cross-group dependencies.Define and monitor program health metrics, report on OKR progress to leadership, and streamline communication across virtual and dedicated engineering structures.Minimum qualifications:Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.10 years of experience in program management.Preferred qualifications:10 years of experience managing cross-functional/team projects.Experience managing complex, high-stakes, and cross-functional technical programs in the AI/ML space.Demonstrate technical judgment and architectural understanding.A problem isn’t truly solved until it’s solved for all.
