Fabrication Lead

Job Summary We are seeking a Fabrication Lead to supervise a team of production staff at our Dallas, Texas facility. The role reports to the Fabrication Department Manager and focuses on ensuring quality, safety and timely completion of manufacturing projects. Responsibilities Oversee and direct the work of assigned team employees. Address minor discipline issues and refer more serious cases to the supervisor. Collaborate across functions and departments to exceed objectives. Assist team members with technical issues or advanced problems on assignments. Inspect work performed by team members and enforce quality standards. Partner with the supervisor to resolve any departmental issues. Perform all other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Experience in manufacturing, fabrication, or a related field. Prior experience effectively leading a team of employees. Knowledge of inventory control, manufacturing processes, equipment maintenance, and safety management. Physical Requirements Prolonged standing, bending, kneeling, and performing repetitive tasks. Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 35 pounds. Must wear PPE (gloves, safety glasses, hard hat, ear protection) on the production floor. Benefits Full range of medical, dental, and vision plans.
