Job Opportunity – LDRP Registered Nurse – Montana

Schedule: 12-hour shifts with weekend rotation equally distributed among staff. Holiday coverage required (minimum of 3 out of 5 winter holidays). Limited call coverage (maximum once per pay period, 30-minute callback time). Block scheduling not required.

• Variable patient ratios from 1:1 to 1:6 depending on acuity and unit needs
• Epic charting system with wireless fetal monitoring and advanced equipment including JADA device for postpartum hemorrhage management
• Reduced orientation period of 24 hours (0 hours non-billable orientation)
• Supportive interdisciplinary team including Physical Therapy, Respiratory Services, Pharmacy, and Rapid Response Teams
• Opportunity to provide comprehensive care including triage, labor and delivery, recovery, postpartum, and newborn care

Requirements:

• Current RN license with Compact State privileges (must be in hand at submission)
• Minimum 3 years of LDRP or Labor and Delivery experience
• Previous travel nursing experience required; seasoned travelers preferred
• Epic charting system experience required
• Current certifications: BLS, NRP; CLC and STABLE preferred
• Demonstrated competency in sterile vaginal exams, circulating for cesarean sections, triage of obstetrical patients, and comprehensive newborn care
• Two professional references covering 1 year of experience within the last 3 years
