Minimum Qualifications Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program. Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC Experience in a skilled nursing facility. Assignment Details Black scrubs required. Therapist must be present in the building. Must follow company policies and procedures. Productivity requirement of 92%.
