Responsibilities Manage the full recruiting lifecycle from sourcing through offer acceptance Recruit for contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire opportunities Source cleared and uncleared technology professionals supporting Federal programs Build proactive pipelines across Cybersecurity, Cloud, AI/ML, Software Development, Data Engineering, Infrastructure, Enterprise Applications, ERP, Program Management, and Systems Engineering Develop creative sourcing strategies utilizing Boolean search, semantic search, AI sourcing tools, networking, referrals, and social recruiting Conduct technical and behavioral candidate interviews Prepare detailed candidate write-ups and present qualified candidates to Account Managers and clients Coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and manage the hiring process through onboarding Build long-term relationships with candidates, consultants, and hiring managers Meet and exceed recruiting KPIs in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment Maintain accurate recruiting activity within JobDiva and CRM systems Serve as a trusted recruiting advisor to internal stakeholders and mentor junior recruiters when appropriate Required Qualifications 5+ years of successful IT recruiting experience Experience supporting Federal Government contractors, Systems Integrators, or technology consulting firms Proven success recruiting for technical positions across infrastructure, software development, cloud, cybersecurity, AI, ERP, and engineering disciplines Experience recruiting candidates with Secret, TS/SCI, and Polygraph clearances preferred Strong sourcing expertise utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, ClearanceJobs, Boolean search, AI sourcing platforms, and networking Experience working within ATS/CRM platforms such as JobDiva, Bullhorn, or similar systems Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions while delivering exceptional candidate and client experiences Desired IT staffing agency experience Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience Preferred Experience Recruiting within Federal Civilian, Department of Defense, or Intelligence Community programs Knowledge of government contracting, labor categories, security clearances, and Federal hiring environments Experience recruiting for proposal, surge, and high-volume staffing initiatives We're looking for professionals who demonstrate: A strong sense of urgency and accountability Competitive drive with a passion for exceeding goals Excellent organizational and time management skills Intellectual curiosity and continuous learning Exceptional relationship-building abilities Adaptability in a rapidly changing recruiting environment High integrity and professionalism A collaborative mindset with a willingness to support teammates and contribute to office success Build Your Career with Artech Joining Artech means becoming part of an organization recognized for delivering exceptional talent solutions while investing in the growth of its people.
