Pay: Starting at up to $16/hr, depending on availability and experience

Your Role in the Kitchen

• Cook and prep hot and cold menu items in a fast-moving kitchen
• Rotate through stations such as breading, equipment/machines, prep, and dishwashing
• Follow Chick-fil-A's food safety, sanitation, and operational standards
• Help keep the kitchen clean, organized, and running efficiently
• Maintain speed and accuracy during peak meal rushes
• Contribute to a collaborative, team-first kitchen
• Gain exposure to both Front of House and Back of House operations
• Help build a culture centered on teamwork, accountability, and excellence

Schedule

• Must have Saturday availability
• Must be available to work a minimum of 3 days per week

Qualifications & Requirements

• Must be 16 years old or older
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable, coachable, adaptable, and hard-working
• Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn
• Able to work with urgency without sacrificing quality or professionalism
• Solid teamwork and communication skills
• Open availability strongly preferred
