Senior Tax Accountant

EGP & Company, P.C. • Marlborough, Massachusetts, United States (On-site) EGP & Company is an established, fast growing CPA firm located in Marlborough, MA offering a unique opportunity to grow with our firm.We specialize in tax planning and compliance for a wide range of clients including high net worth individuals, business executives, family offices, closely held businesses, private equity and commercial real estate. We are seeking a tax professional with 3-5 years of experience in the preparation and review of individual, fiduciary, and various business entity tax returns.Must have tax review experience. Responsibilities will include managing client relationships; preparation of challenging business returns, including multi-state and international compliance; collaborating with Partners on special projects and advisory work; and researching complex tax issues.Seeking a motivated individual who will ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations.While also supporting and mentoring junior staff through coaching and training. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field Must have 3–5 years of public accounting tax review experience with a primary focus on tax compliance CPA license or active pursuit Prepare complex corporate, individual, fiduciary, and partnership tax returns Previous tax review experience a must.
