NTO Field Training Specialist - Testing & SOP

JF Petroleum Group seeks a field trainer to lead proficiency programs for testers across multiple sites. You will partner with Directors and Regional Managers to define proficiency, track progress, and ensure SOP compliance in the DPLEAK and leak locate processes. You will design and deliver hands-on training, prepare job logs, and coordinate with ROMs and NTO to improve field performance.
