Kitchen Team Members are the backbone of our operation. This full-time role supports food preparation and production during our most important business hours, ensuring every guest receives safe, high-quality foodserved quickly and consistently.

This role is best suited for individuals who value structure, precision, and teamwork and who take pride in doing excellent behind-the-scenes work.

Open interviews are every first Wednesday of the month between 2-5pm at 3001 W Agua Fria Fwy. We would also invite you to traditionally apply through our application. (DEER VALLEY LOCATION ONLY)

Open interviews are every last Friday of the month between 9am-11am at 2575 W. Jomax Rd. We would also invite you to traditionally apply through our application. (NORTERRA LOCATION ONLY)

Position Type:

• Full-time (35+ hours/week at $17.50-$18.50/hr)

What You Will Do for the Shift:

• Prepare, cook assemble and present food according to Chick-fil-A standards
• Operate across multiple kitchen stations
• Lead high-volume production during peak hours
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A quality standards, procedures, safety expectations, and dress code
• Communicate with leadership and teammates
• Uphold the mission, vision, and values of the restaurant

Availability & Physical Requirements

• Consistent reliability and punctuality to Show Up during Assigned Shift Times
• Ability to work 40 hours a week
• Ability to stand for long periods
• Comfortable lifting, bending, and working in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift 30 pounds
