Class A Drop and Hook Driver

Class A DriverLakin Tire East, a Liberty Tire Recycling company, is currently seeking a Class A Driver to run Drop and Hooks for our facility in West Haven, CT. We service depots located in Albany, NY, Lakewood, NJ, and Cherry Hill, NJ. This position is for the second shift, working Monday through Friday.Duties and Responsibilities:Daily inspections of equipment per DOT regulationsAble to work in different weather conditions.Attend Transportation Safety Meetings.Skills and Abilities:CDL Class A License required with a minimum of 6 months of experienceMust maintain a clean driving record that aligns with DOT standards.DOT physical and drug test requiredEducation and Experience:1 year of commercial driving experience or equivalent military experience (preferred)Compensation:$70,000. - $80,000 annually, paid weekly.
