Presidential Home Care LLC is looking for a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our dedicated team in Cumming, GA. Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans

Administer medications, treatments, and skilled nursing procedures in a home care setting

Monitor and document patient progress, vital signs, and changes in condition

Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare team members

Educate patients and family members on disease management, medications, and home safety

Perform wound care, IV therapy, and other specialized clinical interventions as needed

Ensure compliance with state, federal, and agency regulations and documentation standards

Requirements:

Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Georgia

Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ASN or BSN)

Minimum 1 year of clinical nursing experience; home health experience preferred

Current CPR/BLS certification

Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

Excellent communication and patient education abilities

Reliable transportation and valid driver's license for home visits in the Cumming, GA area

Compassionate, self-motivated, and able to work independently
