EPIC Cupid Analyst

To support the implementation and maintenance of the Epic system, the full-time Pennsylvania Licensed Epic Billing Analyst will analyze workflows, build and test interface solutions, and troubleshoot integration issues, primarily working remotely with a preference for candidates in Eastern and Central time zones. Key responsibilities Investigate processes and analyze workflows to enhance operations Develop, test, and deploy interface solutions while ensuring ongoing maintenance for efficiency and patient safety Resolve integration issues and provide on-call support, collaborating closely with senior analysts and IT staff Required qualifications Epic Resolute Hospital Billing certification is required Epic analyst HB build experience is required Bachelor's degree is preferred, with relevant education and experience considered Basic understanding of the Windows environment and eagerness to learn and troubleshoot technologies Proven critical thinking skills and attention to detail
