Baltimore, MD - Value-Based Senior Care - Family Medicine - Make $350K+

A primary care group that is centered around patient accountability and values has expanded into the state of Maryland. The group currently serves the over-65 market and has opened clinics in Baltimore, Woodlawn, and Halethorpe, MD. The group is hiring several staff physicians to join their team and is specifically looking for family medicine, internal medicine, and geriatric providers to fill these roles.

These highly rewarding positions offer:

• Reduced patient volumes – have a patient panel of 400 patients – only see 10 to 15 patients per day.

• Very Solid Pay ($250K-$295K range) with a Signing bonus and Quality Bonus

• Make an additional $45K to $85K on top of the base salary

• Athena EMR

• Normal Monday – Friday schedule with very limited call responsibilities.
