Registered Nurse (RN) - Full-Time/Part-Time/Casual All Shifts Elroy Health Services Registered Nurse (RN) - Make up to $50.00/Hr ElroyHealth Services is a leading provider of skilled nursing and rehabilitation in the community. As part of North Shore Healthcare, we operate 70 skilled nursing and assisted living centers across Wisconsin, Minnesota, Michigan, and North Dakota. Under the supervision of the Unit Manager/ADON/DON, the RN is responsible for a group of residents/patients during a shift. Nursing care is provided through assessment, implementation, and evaluation of the plan of care. The RN adheres to care standards, manages the environment for safety, and supervises nursing assistants and helpers. The RN follows North Shore policies, the State Nurse Practice Act, and applicable JCAHO standards.
