Job Summary The Customer Service Desk Associate will provide customer service by handling travel-related inquiries, managing travel arrangements, and supporting company promotions to meet customer needs. Main Responsibilities Handle customer service inquiries and travel arrangements Assist customers with travel-related questions and requests Support company promotions and customer-facing services Perform general administrative duties Use computer systems and phone equipment to support daily operations Requirements Bilingual in Japanese and English Must be authorized to work in the United States Must be able to work 8-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays Must be reliable and punctual Ability to operate interactive computer terminals and telephone equipment, including handsets and headsets, for extended periods Excellent verbal communication skills Strong reading comprehension, listening, and analytical skills Excellent interpersonal skills Associate degree or higher preferred Position Details Employment Type: Full-time Job Category: Customer Service Languages Used: English / Japanese Location: Torrance, California Pay: $23.51 per hour Work Schedule This position requires an 8-hour shift with a 30-minute break.
