WFA Staffing Group is seeking an experienced Quality Engineer for an exciting opportunity with a well-established manufacturing company in the Milwaukee area!

We are looking for a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in manufacturing quality, process improvement, and quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain quality control processes and procedures.
• Investigate quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve production defects.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve product quality and efficiency.
• Perform quality audits, inspections, and process evaluations.
• Work closely with production and engineering teams to ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain quality documentation and reports.

Qualifications:

• Previous Quality Engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, quality management systems, and manufacturing standards.
• Experience with root cause analysis, 8D, FMEA, and corrective actions.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.
• Experience with PPAP, APQP, and SPC preferred.
• Engineering degree or equivalent relevant experience preferred.
