These include social work assessments, counseling, goal setting, advocacy, concrete service provision and implementation of care plans. Makes referrals to outside agencies and assists in coordination of continuity of care. Works collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes. Social worker shall be highly knowledgeable about the psychosocial impact of disease on individuals and families as it relates to their age and stage of development. Social Worker will seek mentorship as needed for professional growth and development. The Social Worker represents and supports the mission, philosophy and goals of the Cancer Center.Minimum Required Credentials:Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) from CSWE approved schoolMust have one of the following in active status: *Provisional FL license or Registered Clinical SW InternEligibility for future licensure in the State of FL as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker is required.Must hold a currently active licensure in one of the following: Registered with the Florida Board of Clinical Social Work as an intern or become registered within 3 months of hire.Salary Range$30.47 - $46.49Salary ranges posted for this position represent the expected base pay range for the role.
