Job Summary

• We are seeking compassionate, reliable, and dedicated caregivers to join our team.
• Working Locations (Focused on below areas):Aliso Viejo, Costa Mesa, Dana Point, Irvine, Laguna Beach, Laguna Hills, Laguna Niguel, Laguna Woods, Lake Forest, Las Flores, Mission Viejo, San Clemente, San Juan Capistrano.
• Caregivers will provide in-home support for individuals with developmental disabilities & special needs, ensuring their safety, comfort, and quality of life.
• Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following (Additional duties may be assigned as needed):
• Offer companionship, encouragement, and social engagement.
• Follow individualized care plans as outlined by the family, agency and Regional Center guidelines.
• Document hours and services provided accurately.
• Communicate the issues and needs of the client effectively with supervisors and families.

Requirement:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and special needs is a plus. Training is available to all candidates who gets hired.
• Must pass background check (live scan).
• Must pass Drug-Test (THC positive is excluded and acceptable).
• Access to reliable transportation and ability to travel within Orange County.
• Compassion, patience, and communication skills.

Nice to have:

• CPR certification and passing TB test results.
• Experience in respite care, caregiving, or healthcare.
• Experience with handling challenging behaviors.
• Knowledge of caregiver responsibilities
• Ability to speak multiple languages
• Training will be provided for the following:
• CPR/First Aid (Candidate with the certifications are preferred)
• ABA overview
• All required in-home respite care trainings
• Opening is available for below working shifts:

Morning, Afternoon, Evening, Night, Weekdays, Weekends, Holidays
