You will apply practical expertise to analyze complex datasets, interpret market, consumer, and competitive trends, and turn findings into clear business recommendations.In this US-based role, you will lead insights development for 1-2 brands and 1-2 strategic growth opportunity areas, partnering across Consumer Insights & Intelligence, Growth & Marketing, Innovation, R&D, and Sensory teams.What will you do?Serve as a strategic partner to Growth & Marketing teams, delivering consumer insight-driven recommendations for business decisions.Define insights needs and priorities that inform budget planning and areas of focus.Lead the design, execution, analysis, and communication of insights and analytics projects.Manage relationships with external research agencies and leverage their capabilities to meet business needs.Contribute to Consumer Insights team development and the adoption of strong insights practices.Minimum Education & RequirementsExperience: 3+ years of practical experience in consumer insights, market research, data analysis, or a related field within a business context.
