Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Responsible for providing behavioral health services within an acute care hospital setting, supporting patients with mental health needs, and collaborating with healthcare teams to deliver quality care. Key Responsibilities Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for patients with behavioral health concerns. Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions. Maintain accurate documentation of patient interactions and treatment progress. Ensure compliance with licensing, safety, and healthcare standards. Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to coordinate patient care. Qualifications & Skills One or more years of experience as a licensed LCSW. Active LCSW license(s) in the practicing state(s). CPR certification may be required. Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
