Requirements

• Basic life support
• Cardiopulmonary resuscitation
• Licensed dental hygienist
• X-ray / Radiography Certification

Licensure: Valid and current State License to practice as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH).
Certifications: Current BLS/CPR certification and X-ray certification.
Clinical Skills: Proficiency in Scaling and Root Planing (SRP) and direct patient care.
Professionalism: Exceptional patient interaction skills and the ability to maintain a clean, organized workspace.
Aptitude: Strong communication skills and a commitment to providing a judgment-free, patient-first environment.

Job Description

Periodontal Excellence: Perform comprehensive periodontal assessments, Scaling and Root Planing (SRP), and routine prophylaxis.
Patient Education: Cultivate trust-based relationships by providing clear health education and counseling regarding dental needs and preventive care.
Clinical Collaboration: Partner with the dentist to co-diagnose oral health conditions and develop integrated patient treatment plans.
Modern Imaging: Utilize advanced dental technology to capture high-quality digital radiographs for diagnostic purposes.
Workspace Maintenance: Meticulously maintain a safe, organized, and compliant clinical workspace in accordance with infection control standards.
Team Participation: Contribute to a team-driven workflow, ensuring a seamless and premium experience for every patient.
