M ugshots Grill & Bar is seeking experienced and passionate Line & Prep Cooks to join our team in Foley, AL! In this role, you will be responsible for the preparation, presentation, and execution of all items on the menu. A successful candidate will have restaurant industry experience, a passion for food prep, and strong customer service skills. Is Julienne more than just a pretty name to you? * Full-time and part-time positions available RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare a variety of hamburgers, hot sandwiches, and other menu items
- Possess a great sense of timing to be sure everything goes out to the guest fresh and hot
- Prep workstations with ingredients and your needed equipment
- Keep everything tidy, organized, and most importantly, sanitized and safe
- Monitor stock and work in partnership with managers to place orders
- Work well under pressure
- Be able to problem-solve
- Pay attention to every detail, all the way down to "guest is allergic to onions"
- Be able to work fast
