Full-Time Houseman Miami Beach, FL

Family seeks a full-time houseman for their Miami Beach residence. The household consists of a couple and their two children. The residence is a large property with two single family homes including the main house and a guest house. The role requires a houseman who can perform housekeeping, heavy cleaning of the interior, assist with food and beverage service when the family entertains etc. Work Schedule; Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday & Tuesday 2pm to 10pm, (OFF Wednesday & Thursday) SUMMER SCHEDULE: (The family travels to the Hamptons in the summer for three months. The schedule will be Monday to Friday with weekends off.) Job Duties include but are not limited to: Assisting the housekeepers with housekeeping duties, interior and immediate exterior cleaning ( Patio Grill, around pool) Attending to the principal and their guest's daily needs Assisting Chef in the kitchen (cleaning-up, meal preparation assistance etc.) Food service skills - serving meals, casual and formal service dinners, parties, table setting, tending to principals, serving, offering drinks to guest Turn-down service - refreshing bathrooms and bedrooms during dinner Petcare- Must be pet friendly, care for family dog, daily walks, feeding etc. Answer phones, take messages, greet guest, receive mails & packages. Some driving, assist with errands and willingness to carry out special request as needed. All other houseman duties as needed Job Requirements; Minimum 5 years Houseman experience working in a high-end home Experience working with a team Food and beverage skills Good Communicator - English Speaker Positive attitude, friendly but not intrusive. Able to anticipate the needs of the principals and being proactive Excellent problem-solving skills Time management and organization skills. Compensation : $35 per hour or base salary $72,800 plus Overtime Pay, Health Insurance, PTO, Yearly Bonus SOFLO Domestics
