The successful candidate will develop protein production methods, produce recombinant proteins, lead technology‑development and third‑party collaboration projects, support project and data management, and help build a world‑class protein core facility. What You’ll Do: Develop protein production methods and produce recombinant proteins. Provide scientific and technical leadership in project design and execution. Evaluate and implement emerging protein expression, purification, and analysis technologies. Lead third‑party collaborations from proposal development through project delivery. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to advance business goals. Expand internal capabilities and external partnerships. Improve project management, data organization, and operational processes. What Skills You Need: PhD in biochemistry or related field. At least five years of hands‑on experience in recombinant protein expression, purification, and characterization. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced research environment. Strong ethics, initiative, goal orientation, and execution. Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem‑solving skills. Enthusiasm for hands‑on protein work. Industry experience preferred.
