Job Description
· Lead and oversee the Quality Management system for an AS9100/NADCAP Aerospace certified facility
· Manage a team of approximately 25 direct reports, including 1 Inspector, 5 Quality Engineers, 4 Technicians, and 12 NDT Technicians
· Drive continuous improvement of the AS9100/NADCAP system through corrective actions and root cause analysis
· Serve as the strategic and tactical point of contact for supplier quality issues and audit findings
· Address and resolve non-conformance issues in partnership with Manufacturing to ensure product quality
Key Requirements
· BS Degree in a relevant engineering or quality discipline required
· Experience in an AS9100/NADCAP certified aerospace facility is mandatory
· Strong expertise in corrective actions and quality management systems
· Background in heat treat, furnaces, or forging operations
