Make a Mark We Blaze Our Own Trail Brand First We Mean Business The Production Operator Supervisor leads day-to-day operation of the automated gummy line, including start-up, production, changeovers, and shutdowns. This role operates, troubleshoots, and performs first- and second-level repairs on automated cooking, depositing, demolding, conditioning, and packaging equipment. The position manages line staffing and workflow, ensures product quality and compliance with SOPs and regulatory standards, and partners closely with the Kitchen Manager, Plant Manager, and the Automation & Equipment Team for preventative maintenance, commissioning, and continuous improvement.
