  • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate students' mental health concerns, identifying their strengths and resources.

  • Deliver crisis intervention, including risk assessments and safety planning, when necessary.

This role focuses on school-aged children and adolescents, addressing a diverse range of mental health issues. You will work with students from various backgrounds and experience levels, providing essential support to those struggling with anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, or trauma. Qualifications\n

  • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

  • Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this full-time position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, supplemented by a sign-on bonus to acknowledge your crucial contributions.
