Local Hire Grocery Freezer Unloaders/Loaders

We are seeking Local Hire Grocery Freezer Unloaders/Loaders to join our team in Baytown, TX. The primary responsibility of this role is to safely and efficiently unload and hand-stack frozen meat products from the freezer section of the grocery warehouse onto pallets and into trucks. This is not a travel team opportunity, so applicants must live locally. We offer daily pay, which allows you to draw money daily from your paycheck.

Position Type: Part-Time (with opportunity for increased hours as workflow expands)

Qualifications:

• Ability to work in a freezer environment with temperatures as low as -20 degrees Fahrenheit (Freezer gear provided)
• Ability to lift and carry up to 65 pounds
• Previous experience working in a warehouse or similar environment
• Grocery experience is a plus

This is a physically intensive position best suited for individuals who are dependable, safety-focused, and comfortable working in cold storage conditions.

Responsibilities:

• Load/Unload Frozen meat onto pallets
• Ensure accurate and complete orders are selected for delivery
• May need to operate warehouse equipment, such as electric pallet jacks, to move products
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Follow safety procedures and guidelines at all times

Pay and Shift Details:

Shift: Monday-Friday 2:00pm - 10:30pm (or until work is finished each day)

Pay: Performance-based pay, with the average associate earning $22/hour, but never less than $18/hour. Daily texts from Humano provide earnings tracking for transparency.
