Job Description
Join a growing manufacturing team as a Shipping Clerk and play a vital role in ensuring products are accurately prepared, organized, and shipped to customers. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while supporting a fast-paced shipping and warehouse operation. The ideal candidate will have previous shipping or warehouse experience, tow motor experience, and a commitment to quality and safety.

Responsibilities:
· Maintain a clean and organized work area and warehouse
· Complete necessary shipping paperwork and enter information into computer systems
· Verify all skids are packaged properly for current and future shipments
· Communicate with carriers to coordinate order pickups
· Prepare materials for shipment by shrink-wrapping, banding, and securing products to skids
· Prepare export shipments using specialized export skids and wood materials
· Transport and organize materials to support shipping operations
· Load outbound trucks and ensure carriers receive the correct assigned orders
· Assist in other departments and complete miscellaneous duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements:
· High school diploma or equivalent and one year of related experience preferred
· Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask
· Previous tow motor experience and ability to complete tow motor certification training
· Exceptional attention to detail and strong follow-up skills
· Effective problem-solving abilities
· Professional communication skills with coworkers, departments, and vendors
· Basic computer skills
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Ability to read a tape measure and micrometer
· Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
· Ability to stand for extended periods with bending and lifting throughout the shift

The base salary range for this position is $19 per hour , excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity.
