Episcopal Homes of Minnesota is a nonprofit senior living organization with over 130 years of service in St. Paul. The Willows of Ramsey Hill is part of our senior living community, offering compassionate Assisted Living and Memory Care services in a warm, resident-centered environment.We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to oversee nursing services and support high-quality resident care at The Willows of Ramsey Hill. This leadership role is responsible for clinical oversight, staff supervision, care coordination, regulatory compliance, and ensuring residents receive exceptional care that supports dignity, safety, and well-being.Shift: Full-Time 1.0 FTESchedule: 8:00am- 4:30pm (On call every other weekend)Wage: $38.17–$46.57/hr.What You’ll DoConduct resident assessments and develop individualized care plansMonitor resident conditions and update care plans as neededOversee medication management and ensure physician order complianceCommunicate with physicians, families, case managers, and interdisciplinary teamsSupervise and support licensed and unlicensed nursing staffProvide staff coaching, training, orientation, and performance oversightEnsure proper staffing coverage and scheduling coordinationMaintain compliance with state and federal healthcare regulationsParticipate in audits, infection control initiatives, and quality improvement effortsAddress resident and family concerns professionally and promptlySupport transitions of care including hospital discharges and hospice coordinationServe as an on-call nursing resource as neededQualificationsGraduate of an accredited school of nursingCurrent Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Minnesota in good standingStrong clinical assessment and care planning skillsExcellent communication and leadership abilitiesProficiency with electronic medical records and basic computer systemsAbility to work collaboratively within a team-focused environmentPreferredPrevious experience in long-term care, assisted living, home care, or public health nursingPrior leadership or supervisory experience in a healthcare settingKnowledge of Minnesota senior living regulations and compliance standardsPhysical RequirementsAbility to move throughout the workday and navigate multiple care settingsAbility to lift up to 50 pounds and push/pull up to 75 poundsFrequent standing, bending, stooping, kneeling, and reachingAbility to assess residents and operate clinical equipment safely and effectivelyAt Episcopal Homes of Minnesota, we value a diverse, inclusive workforce and we provide equal employment opportunity for all applicants and employees.
