Travel Skilled Nursing Facility Physical Therapist - $800 per week

Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Physical Therapist Discipline: Therapy Start Date: 06/04/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours Employment Type: Travel Responsibilities Provide skilled physical therapy services to residents in a skilled nursing facility in Socorro, NM, helping patients recover from injury, illness, and manage chronic conditions. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, document patient progress, and meet productivity expectations. Dress code is black scrubs. Therapists must be present in the building to receive guaranteed hours and follow company policies and procedures. Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active New Mexico state physical therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience working in a skilled nursing facility preferred. Ability to meet a productivity requirement of 90%. Willingness to follow company policies and procedures and participate in interviews with regional leadership as requested. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in rehabilitation services within long-term care or SNF settings. Experience collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and using electronic medical record systems. Assignment Details Facility type: Skilled nursing facility in Socorro, NM. Dress code: black scrubs.
