Greenford Valley Consultation and Counseling Center is currently seeking full-time Licensed Mental Health Counselors to join our dedicated and growing team. Work Environment\nThis position is entirely remote, allowing for the flexibility that modern health professionals require. Our organization emphasizes a supportive culture where team members regularly engage in virtual meetings, case consultations, and peer support sessions. As a full-time employee, you will work Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional flexibility required based on client needs.
Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct in-depth mental health assessments to understand individual client needs and establish personalized treatment plans tailored to their unique circumstances. \n
- Utilize diverse evidence-based treatment modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy during both individual and group sessions. \n
- Facilitate psychoeducational groups that address common mental health issues, providing patients with valuable insights and a sense of community. \n
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, ensuring comprehensive and holistic patient care that addresses physical, emotional, and social aspects of health. \n
- Provide crisis intervention services and immediate support for clients in mental health emergencies, employing crisis management techniques and best practices. \n
- Educate clients about their mental health conditions and treatment options, guiding them towards available community resources for additional support. \n
- Maintain accurate and confidential documentation compliant with legal and ethical standards, using electronic health record (EHR) systems effectively to track client progress and treatment outcomes. \n
- Participate actively in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development opportunities designed for growth and collaboration. \n
- Stay informed with the latest research and advancements in mental health therapy to continuously integrate evidence-based practices into your work. \n
As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Greenford Valley, you will work with a diverse client population, including individuals facing depression, anxiety disorders, trauma-related issues, and substance use challenges. Our clients come from varied backgrounds, enriching the therapeutic environment with unique perspectives and experiences that enhance the overall effectiveness of treatment.

- A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required. \n
- Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California is essential for this role. \n
- A solid understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based therapeutic approaches is a must. \n
- Proven ability to conduct thorough mental health evaluations and craft effective treatment plans. \n
- Experience providing individual and group therapy to a diverse clientele is necessary, along with strong interpersonal and communication skills. \n
- Sound judgment, professionalism, and adherence to ethical standards in clinical practice are critical. \n
- Proficient in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and comfortable with various software applications. \n
- Team-oriented mentality with the ability to collaborate with fellow professionals and foster a supportive environment. \n

- Master’s degree or higher in a relevant field is preferred, along with advanced clinical training experience. \n

Greenford Valley offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000.
