You will cultivate relationships with business owners, property managers, facility managers, and key decision-makers to provide customized facility solutions that meet their needs. This role is ideal for a self-starter who enjoys networking, prospecting, overcoming objections, and winning new business. Business Development Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities Prospect through cold calling, networking, referrals, and outreach activities Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline Schedule and conduct appointments with prospective clients Build relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders Generate leads through networking events, community involvement, and business organizations Sales Process Management Conduct facility walkthroughs and needs assessments Present customized facility maintenance solutions Prepare proposals and pricing packages Negotiate agreements and close new business Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records Consistently achieve or exceed sales goals and performance expectations Client Relationship Development Establish long-term partnerships with clients Maintain professional communication throughout the sales process Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth client onboarding experience Represent City Wide with professionalism and integrity in the marketplace What Makes Someone Successful?
