Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

1. Following up consistently with leads across all channels to convert opportunities into closed transactions.
2. Building genuine, lasting relationships with clients that generate referrals and long-term business.
3. Conducting thorough buyer and seller consultations to uncover needs and deliver solutions that exceed expectations.
4. Hosting open houses that showcase listings and attract motivated, qualified buyers.
5. Managing every step of the transaction process to ensure a smooth, professional experience from contract to close.
6. Prospecting and attracting new clients to continuously grow your pipeline and expand the team's reach.
7. Staying sharp on market conditions, comparable properties, and trends so every client conversation is informed and confident.

Qualifications we're looking for:

1. An active real estate license is required.
2. A natural comfort with technology — our stack includes Follow Up Boss, DotLoop, SISU, HouseWhisper AI, Brivity, and Google Suite with Gemini.
3. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and networking abilities that open doors and build trust.
