Act as a process expert for Client Sourcing & Procurement Operations (SPO), leading process workshops, requirements gathering, and future-state process design to drive successful S2P transformations on Client.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead process discovery and workshops with procurement, finance, and IT stakeholders to document current-state S2P processes and pain points.
• Design future-state source-to-pay processes aligned with Client SPO capabilities and industry best practices.
• Translate business requirements into functional designs, user stories, and configuration specifications for SPO (sourcing, requisition, PO, receiving, invoice, approvals).
• Support configuration reviews with IS (Implementation Specialists/Developers); ensure process intent is correctly reflected in Client SPO workflows, forms, and approvals.
• Develop process documentation, SOPs, training materials, and job aids; conduct end-user training and UAT support for SPO.
• Participate in testing (SIT/UAT), defect triage, and change management activities to ensure smooth adoption of Client SPO.
• Provide ongoing process optimization recommendations post-go-live, leveraging Client SPO analytics and client feedback.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in procurement/finance process consulting or functional consulting, with a Client SPO implementation.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end source-to-pay processes (sourcing, contracting, P2P, supplier management, invoice-to-pay).
• Proven ability to run workshops, gather requirements, and produce clear process maps, functional specs, and user stories.
• Experience working in Agile projects with cross-functional teams (BPCs, IS Developers, architects, client SMEs) on Client.
• Client CIS Sourcing & Procurement Operations certification strongly preferred; exposure to other Client S2P modules (SLO, APO) is a plus.
