Sr Software Engineer (Level IV) Primary duties will focus on backend system design, development, and deployment using Golang, MySQL, Docker, and AWS. Responsibilities: Design and develop scalable backend services using Golang Architect complex systems with performance and reliability in mind Containerize applications with Docker Deploy and manage cloud-based applications on AWS Design APIs and build microservices Collaborate with cross-functional teams Follow Agile methodologies Implement security best practices Manage source code with Git Required Skills: Golang (3+ years) MySQL System Design and Architecture Docker AWS API Design & Microservices Architecture Git or similar version control Agile/Scrum experience Security best practices Strong communication and teamwork Nice-to-Have Skills: PHP Healthcare/Payment industry experience HIPAA, PII, PCI DSS standards Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation) RIT Solutions
