Enterprise Applications Specialist: Upgrades, Support & Lifecycle
City of Grand Prairie
City of Grand Prairie is seeking an IT Applications Specialist to manage and maintain enterprise applications and ensure system availability and security. The role includes responsibilities for upgrades, patches, and troubleshooting issues with software products. Candidates should possess an Associate's degree in Computer Science or a related field, with at least two years of relevant experience. Familiarity with ITIL is preferred.
