Bilingual Returns Specialist Now Hiring: Bilingual Warehouse Returns Associates (RMA Processing) Gardena, CA Pay Rate: $19.00/hour Shift Start Times: Monday- Friday 10am-6:30pm Full-time opportunities with overtime available We are currently hiring experienced and detail-oriented Bilingual Warehouse Returns Associates to support high-volume returns processing and RMA operations in Gardena. Must be bilingual in English and Spanish Prior returns and RMA processing experience required Key Responsibilities: Process returns for a wide range of product types Verify RMAs match returned products accurately Perform quality inspections to ensure items are in resale condition Complete restoration tasks such as cleaning, steaming, re-packaging, and re-labeling Maintain a high-efficiency pace to meet or exceed daily processing goals of 100+ items Communicate with Account Managers regarding damaged returns, including detailed documentation and photo uploads Use Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to process RMAs and restock inventory Qualifications: Prior experience in returns processing and RMA required Strong attention to detail and accuracy Comfortable working in a fast-paced, production-driven environment Experience using WMS systems preferred Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and walk for the duration of the shift Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs.
