Model Based Systems Engineering Lead Towson, MD(Onsite) Fulltime Required Qualifications Bachelor's or master's degree in systems engineering, Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Software), Computer Science, or related discipline INCOSE, OMG, or equivalent certifications preferred (e.g., CSEP, OCSMP) Education Bachelor's or master's degree in systems engineering, Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Software), Computer Science, or related discipline INCOSE, OMG, or equivalent certifications preferred (e.g., CSEP, OCSMP) Experience 12+ years in systems engineering, with 5+ years in MBSE leadership Proven experience leading enterprise‑scale MBSE transformations Hands‑on Expertise With SysML / SysML v2 Requirements and architecture modelling Verification and validation planning Experience in regulated or safety‑critical industries (preferred) Technical Skills Strong knowledge of: Systems architecture frameworks Model governance and configuration management Large‑scale system decomposition and integration Familiarity With PLM, ALM, CAD, simulation tools Digital Thread / Digital Twin concepts #J-18808-Ljbffr Veridian Tech Solutions, Inc.
